How to Cook Vegetable Stir-Fry

 

 

Vegetable stir-fry is incredibly easy to cook and is also healthy and delicious to eat.

SUGGESTIONS FOR INGREDIENTS:

Carrots
Mushrooms
Red peppers
Green peppers
Spring greens
Leeks
Mouli
Mange touts
Spring onions
Chinese leaf
Bean sprouts
Bamboo shoots
Celery
Baby corn
Brocolli
Caulifllower

YOU WILL ALSO NEED:

10cm ginger, peeled and finely chopped
2 cloves of crushed garlic
20ml dark soy sauce

EQUIPMENT YOU WILL NEED:

A wok

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Wash your vegetables and cut them into julienne strips (thin strips)
    2. Heat some oil in a wok, and add the hard vegetables first such as celery, carrots and a little garlic. Also add in the ginger.
    3. Wait a little and then add the softer vegetables such as the bean sprouts and mushrooms.
    4. Add some Soy sauce.
    5. Serve with some rice or noodles.
